Policies & Compliance: • Responsible for company policies & procedures development, review, changes & adaptation upon need Development & Retention: • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of training and development requirements. • Followup on employee training, development and evaluation. • Developing and implementing policies and benefits to retain employees, together with management Working Conditions & Requirements: 2 years of work experience, preferably in any form of people development A very strong ethic to grow people. Work located in 6th of October, 6 days/week 8hrs.
